Las Palmas is an avenue in México City similar to Mass. Ave in DC, all embassies and mansions and speeding, chauffeur driven, black cars with tinted windows. I lived nearby when I first arrived in Méxcio, friend of a friend of a friend... Pájaros are birds, in this case, they were doves.
